Realtime Parent Portal

Please be advised that the Parent Portal will be activated on Friday, August 18th for the 2017-2018 School Year. In order to view any information in the portal, you must complete the mandatory information listed on the screen. 

Username and password information will be sent home for HHS and LMS during the week of August 14th. 

Elementary School portal username and password information will be provided to students on the first day of school. 

If you have any questions, please contact your child's school.

 

Answering questions on the Parent Portal 

1. The State of NJ mandates that we report on whether the student’s parent or guardian is on Active Duty, in the National Guard, or in the Reserve components of the United States military services. Please answer yes or no to the following question. If you have a parent that is active in the military please click yes to this question. 

 

2. If you do not wish to grant information for military recruiting, please answer no. If you would like your child to be recruited by the military, please click yes.

3. If you have any objections to having us include your children in such media coverage, either print, picture, video or television broadcast, please sign and return the bottom portion of this letter with the names of the students and their grade level.

If you have no objections to the media release form, please click yes that you agree. 

If you have an objection to the media release form, please click no that you do not agree. 

 

4. Internet User agreement- If you agree to the internet user agreement, please click yes. 

If you do not agree to the user agreement, please click no. 

 

Directions for completing the mandatory information. 

1. Log into the portal (If you have multiple students and they are linked, please log in to each student separately)

2. Click on the each area ( Contact Review Requirement, Document Requirement, Health Insurance Requirement, Question Requirements)

3. To complete the question requirements, please answer yes or no to each mandatory question. The last question (Senior Open Lunch) is only for HHS Seniors who plan on leaving the building during lunch.  

4. Click save and you will be able to log into the portal.
