On the first day of school, your child will be given a Roosevelt School folder provided by our PTO. The following information requires your immediate attention:
Parent Portal Letter - Your personal letter is contained in the Opening Day Folder to assist in logging into Parent Portal. Through the portal, you will need to read and acknowledge Documents; Media Objections, Internet User Agreement, Student Handbook and Student Accident Insurance information.
Once in the portal, choose the Contact tab and make sure allcontact information is up-to-date. Be sure you have provided us at least 2 emergency contacts other than parents. Update Health information if necessary.
If applicable, you may use the Meal Application tab to submit your application for Free Reduced Lunch. You must reapply each year.
Student Dismissal Form - Return no later than Friday, September 7th.
Character Building Signature Page - Review the Handbook (see link) with your child and return the signature page by Monday, September 10th. Student Handbook
