Welcome Back to School

 
 On the first day of school, your child will be given a Roosevelt School folder provided by our PTO.  The following information  requires your immediate attention: 
  • Parent Portal Letter - Your personal letter is contained in the Opening Day Folder to assist in logging into Parent Portal.  Through the portal, you will need to read and acknowledge Documents; Media Objections, Internet User Agreement, Student Handbook and Student Accident Insurance information.
  • Once in the portal, choose the Contact tab and make sure all contact information is up-to-date.  Be sure you have provided us at least 2 emergency contacts other than parents.  Update Health information if necessary.
  • If applicable, you may use the Meal Application tab to submit your application for Free Reduced Lunch.  You must reapply each year.
  • Student Dismissal Form - Return no later than Friday, September 7th.  
  • Character Building Signature Page - Review the Handbook (see link) with your child and return the signature page by Monday, September 10th.  Student Handbook
